Terms and Conditions

All lessons are payable in advance either by cash or cheque made payable to Isabelle Delannoy. Lessons booked should be taken at regular intervals.

Should you need to stop your lessons for any reason, you will get a refund for the lessons not done yet.

If lessons take place outside of Eastleigh, a charge may apply for travel expense.

Although you always have the choice, my advice is to take 1h30 lessons, rather than one hour only. In that way, we have the chance to work on all skills in each lesson.

In case you need to cancel a lesson, you have to give 24 hours notice by email. In that case, another lesson will be planned to replace it. If the information is given later, the full cost of the missed lesson is due.

Although everything is done to help you progress according to your requirements, the outcome also depends on the effort you put into your learning.

You may have to purchase a course book to follow the lessons and a grammar book.
